I create and host content at the intersection of cycling, virtual cycling, fitness, and the people who power that community.

I currently co-host The Last K LIVE, a monthly podcast in association with Flamme Rouge Racing, and host Between Efforts, a weekly interview series exploring the people, ideas, and stories shaping virtual cycling, fitness, and content creation. Before that, I founded and co-hosted In The Drops LIVE, which ran for 60+ live episodes featuring everyone from well-known names in the cycling and virtual cycling world to everyday Zwifters and riders. We grew to 1,400 subscribers before deciding to wrap the show on our own terms.

I’m also the creator of the popular Zwift Racing League Recon video series, and I work hands-on across the full production stack — YouTube content creation and advanced analytics, plus live streaming and recording through OBS, Restream.io, and a range of video and audio hardware.
