Each episode goes beyond results, highlights, and race-day moments to uncover the thinking, setbacks, lessons, and lived experiences behind the work. Through relaxed but meaningful conversations with riders, coaches, creators, organisers, and innovators, Between Efforts offers insight into what drives people in the space and what they learn along the way.

It is a show about performance, but also about perspective — the quiet moments, honest reflections, and hidden stories that happen between the efforts.

Nathan Krake: Between Efforts

Nathan Krake

en

nkrake6@gmail.com
<itunes:owner><itunes:email>nkrake6@gmail.com</itunes:email><itunes:name>Nathan Krake</itunes:name></itunes:owner><itunes:author>Nathan Krake</itunes:author><googleplay:owner>nkrake6@gmail.com</googleplay:owner><googleplay:email>nkrake6@gmail.com</googleplay:email><googleplay:author>Nathan Krake</googleplay:author><itunes:block>Yes</itunes:block>

EP3: Jessica Strange on Women, Zwift and Starting Again

Listen now | The fear, fun and unexpected fire of starting something new before you feel ready.

Nathan Krake

Before Zwift, before racing, and before cycling media, Jessica was simply trying mountain biking with no gear, no idea and plenty of crashes along the way.
